This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Elevator Rush mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Overview

We respect your privacy. The App collects only a limited amount of technical data, which is used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (install attribution) and to deliver push notifications.

For these purposes we use two trusted third-party services: Adjust and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). These services may collect and process data as described in their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

The data we collect cannot be used to personally identify you on its own, but it may include persistent device identifiers. We may collect the following types of information:

• Device or Other IDs: Advertising ID (GAID/IDFA), Adjust device ID (ADID), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token. These identifiers are used for install attribution and for delivering push notifications.
• Attribution Data: Information about how you found and installed the App (e.g., ad clicks, campaign sources, tracker parameters), install time, and app sessions, used to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Technical Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and IP address, processed by Adjust to attribute installs and prevent fraud.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, payment information, photos, videos, audio, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, files, health data, or web search history.

3. How We Use the Information

The data we collect is used for:

• Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (install attribution).
• Delivering push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Fraud prevention and security.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure (Third-Party Services)

We do not sell your personal data. To provide attribution and push notifications, the App shares data with the following third-party partners:

• Adjust: Used for mobile attribution, install tracking, and fraud prevention.

6. Your Choices and Opt-Out

• You can reset or limit the use of your device's Advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
• On iOS, you can deny or withdraw tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) in your device settings.
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
• You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with data, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
